When To Go
New York never shuts, so visitors at anytime of year will not be disappointed. Spring and Fall in the city is usually mild, if occasionally wet, and many enthusiasts agree that the old town is never so exciting as during the winter, even if temperatures can drop well below freezing. The climate in summer can be sweltering and humidly high, which is why the natives who can afford it get away from the summer in the city.
