During winter, a fairy-tale scenery in white. In the summer, a unique variety of nature's beauty.
In all seasons, the world of the Dolomites demonstrates its particular charm in an impressive beauty. It inspires you to have special adventures.
Especially during the winter: ski tours in fascinating landscapes are a piste experience with a new dimension. Snowboarders can expect a real treat. Snow galore and downhill runs without limits. The Gardenissima is the longest giant slalom of the Dolomites and is now part of a huge tradition in the Dolomites. Every year you can watch - or join - more than 500 amateur and professional skiers attempting this 6km long race. A sporty and enjoyable winter experience!
If you are a bit of an adventure-seeker, you should try the Sellaronda Skimarathon. It's a touring ski competition for extreme skiers - with a difference - the race is run at night. The race takes the skiers through a wonderful area passing by the villages of Selva, Corvara, Arabba and Canazei where every year the start and the finish of the competition will take place. The skiers have to overcome a total of 42 kilometers taking in the 4 passes of the Dolomites-Sella, Gardena, Campolongo, Pordoi.
You can also, of course, try your hand at snowboarding or cross-country walks
